The permit currently allows for the demolition of the former impervious tennis court on the Shipwatch Villa Townhomes II property. Now that the tennis court has been demolished according to the current CAMA Permit, we would like to be able to modify this permit to allow for installation of a 6,640 square foot parking area in the areas of the former tennis court. This area will be constructed with 4 inches of #57 Granite Stone over a layer of geotextile fabric. We also wish to take the remaining 8,060 square feet of former tennis court area, and install additional soil to bring this area up to grade, as well as plant bermudagrass sod. We believe installing turf on this area will allow for a permeable common area to be used by the residents of Shipwatch Villa Townhomes 1I. Below is the scope of work listed in our proposal as well as an image of the landscape plan from which we will be working. Part One: Irrigation The scope of part one includes: • Installation of irrigation zones to provide the necessary amounts of water to the plants and sod, in the most efficient way possible. Part Two: Site Prep and Soil Installation The scope of part two includes: • Removal of approximately 75% of the pittosporum hedge on the North Side of the Parking Area • Removal of Rip Rap rock beside New River Inlet Rd • Create new bed area in place of rip rap rock, Install Topsoil • Transplant pittosporum removed from North side of parking lot into new bed area to create screen and install mulch Delivery, Spreading, and Grading of Topsoil in Lawn and Bed areas Installation of 4x6 Treated Posts as a Border to the Parking Area RECEIVE' APR 14 201k Part Three: Sod Installation The scope of part three includes: DCM WILMINGTON, N • Install Bermudagrass Sod in areas according to Landscape Plan Part Four: Gravel Installation The scope of part four includes: • Delivery and spreading of 4 inches of #57 Granite Stone, not mixed with any other aggregate material, over a layer of Geotextile fabric, in the Parking and Dumpster Area Part Five: Dumpster Fence Installation • Construct a "shadow box" style fence out of decking boards to screen 3 sides of the dumpster Below is an image of the Site Plan: Please contact me if you need any other information, or have any questions about our plan or scope of work.
