violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent. riparian
Iandowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this projectis consistentwith the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Please see the attached the Modified CAMA permit sketch and signed riparian documents per our email
conversation on Thursday last week. Please note Mr Eddie has elected to remove the 5x9 viewing platform and
would like to make the new dock a 9'x41' vs a 9'x25' dock. The iriginal pernit number is 77086. Please let me

Mrs Styron,
I left you a voicemail today concerning Ed and Lura Fulcher's CAMA permit. We are working on Mr Fulcher's
dock and he has asked us to extend his dock another 16' along his bulk head. Originally they were going to
have a 9x25 platform. The addition would make the final dock to be a 9' x 41' platform. I wanted to see what
we needed to do to make these changes for him? If you need to discuss please feel free to call me at 252-241-
3272.
