Please accept this letter as formal request to modify the existing CAMA Permit for 203 Bayview Drive in Atlantic Beach,
NC. Currently there are two boat lifts located approximately 55 feet from the bulkhead. The proposed modification
would include enlarging the north -most lift from 13'x10' to 16'x14' and to add a 6'x12' floating dock to the south -most
side of the dock.
