Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site -drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that ])prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowners).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certifythatthis project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Sorry this is from my work email. Only way I could scan. I was able to find Eddie, Eddie and Emery today and get their
signatures. Sorry my drawing are so bad.
I am the 10k Ibs lift on the specifications sheet. Chad from Carolina Shores let me know he can also cut the cradle
shorter from the current 8 feet, the lift is way more than I need but was a great price. I also am more than happy to
make any adjustments to the dock, if you would like. We met so long ago I tried to remember everything.
I am in no hurry but wanted some guidance.
Emery asked me to mention you might want to come out and do a "Sight" visit in our neighborhood rather soon. I know
what he is talking about.and laughed, but am not getting involved.
