(this does not apply to bulkheads or riprap revetments). (If you wish to waive the setback, you must sign

DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 80' long
walkway connecting to a 13' wide x 30' long platform. There will also be a 5' wide
x 50' long finger pier around the boat lift and a 10' wide x 13' long stepdown swim
platform.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This will include the installation of four (4)
new 10" x 30' long pilings.
We propose to install Class B riprap along the shoreline adjacent to the new dock
and re -stacking existing material.
