DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 110' long with 3' +/-
exposure. This includes a 30' long wingback on each side of the property.
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 170' long
walkway connecting to a 9' wide x 20' long patio dock.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This will include the installation of four (4)
new 35' long pilings.
