owner at 151 Rivets Edge Road,Merritt NC. My concern II the current pier is angled towards my
property line to decease the 15'set back.
''- Enclosed is a google view of the angle of the current pier, a owner has proposed a 60' axtPncion
r'. with a 20'right side of pier. The new plan continues the s.I e orientation which angles even mote
towards 15'set back. There is a sandbar and a channel tow. 8 shore in front of my property.
I have contacted the owner and the contractor with my con.em. Please hold the permit approval so we
can evaluate the situation.

DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new concrete pier addition to the existing pier. This will
consist of a 5'wide x 50' long walkway connecting to a 9' wide x 20' long platform
and will have a 5' wide x 50' long finger pier around the boat lift.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This will include the installation of four(4)
new 10"x 30' long pilings.
