Yes I was holding off until Jim had a chance to talk to you about the pricing. I did not realize that Bryan had copied you
on the email. As far as pricing goes, we understand that it is $400.00 for seawall but does the additional $200.00 include
all of the dock plans? So will the total check needed be $600.00

Please see attached . Please ensure that all access to you lot is done from your lot as we have ours on the market for
sale and do not want the vehicle or equipment traffic to leave tracks in they yard . Also please ensure that the drainage
from your new height of the sea wall is kept to your lot and the run off dose not wash out our yard . Also when you plan
to tie to my sea wall I would like to have photos of it and how it is going to be done.
Yes we need to schedule a Meeting for sometime in march, yes we are selling our house but who knows when it will sell.
