Hello Mr. Packard,
Because you are in the Cannonsgate subdivision and because the creek that abuts your property is a primary nursery
area with shallow water depths, you are only allowed an observation platform without any slips. In this area you can't
exceed % of the width of the creek and in this case a maximum of 30' from the edger of marsh or a max of
approximately 108' from your existing retaining wall on the high ground. I hope this helps and please feel free to contact
