Perdue for his property located at 98 Queen Anne Dr. Bath, NC. CAMA Major Permit No. 116-21 was issued to Perry D. Perdue on 2 September 2021 for the installation of a bulkhead, pier, platform, boatlift, jetski lift, wetland fill, and a single-family residence. Your request to amend permit 160-21 to install a 6' x 16' lower level platform as shown on your updated plat and cross sectional drawings dated 29 November 2021 is hereby authorized. Please note that this refinement does not allow for any increase in the number of slips. All permit conditions still apply and remain unchanged.
