BISER Secretary BRAXTON DAVIS Director Fishing Creek Properties LLC Mr. Neal O'Neal 275 Pamlico Street Belhaven, NC 27810 Dear Mr. O'Neal, NORTH CAROLINA EnvironmentalQuallty October 25, 2021 This letter of authorization is in reference to your October 19,', 2021 letter requesting a modification of work authorized under CAMA Major Permit No. 23-21 issued to you on February 26, 2021 for the redevelopment of a property located at 312 East Water Street in the Town of Belhaven adjacent to Pantego Creek in Beaufort County, North Carolina. CAMA Major Permit No. 23-21 authorized 95ft of bulkhead, the backfilling of 5,239ft2 of shallow bottom in a manmade basin, a docking facility for 4-boats, and a gravel parking area. Your request is to modify CAMA Major Permit No. 23-21 to move the bulkhead alignment landward across the mouth of the man-made basin. The alignment will shift landward 38' on the western shoreline and 24' on the eastern shoreline of the basin. This change in alignment will reduce the amount of open water converted to uplands by approximately 900 square feet. These aforementioned changed are hereby authorized. Your modified plat dated October 19, 2021 illustrating the authorized changes will become a part of the permit file and construction should be accomplished accordingly.
