Dear Erica:
Enclosed is the application for a CAMA Minor Permit received in our office on January 28, 2013. As we
discussed during our phone discussion today, the application is being returned to Mr. Trask, along with check
no. 8279 in the amount of$100.00. Also enclosed is a new CAMA Minor Permit Application to be completed.
Once the complete application is received and Jason Dial, Field Representative for the Town of Topsail Beach
determines that all is in order, he will be able to expedite the issuance of the permit.
