DESCRIPTION
We propose to install new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 170' with 4' +/- exposure.
This includes a 10' long wingback on each side of the property.
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 80' long
walkway connecting to a 9' wide x 20' long platform and a 9' wide x 10' long
stepdown platform.
We propose to install a new 16' wide x 25' long boat house roof and an 11' wide x
12' long roof connected to the left side of the boat house roof to extend 10' over
the 9' wide x 20' long platform. Both will be a hip roof having a pitch of no
greater than 6/12.
We propose to install a new boat lift. Lift will sit on piling brackets that will be
attached to the center boat house pilings.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This includes the installation of four (4) new
10" x 35' long pilings.
