Good Morning, Attached is the signed adjacent riparian property owner statement for 312 Bogue Sound Drive. We have concerns about the potential adverse impacts of the dock encroaching into the navigational channel. If a boat is moored at the end of the dock then a substantial portion of the channel will be obstructed which will inevitably create a hazard for boaters. This section of the channel is very narrow and we are concerned that the dock as currently proposed may lead to additional safety and navigational challenges.
