DESCRIPTION
We propose to repair an existing wooden pier. This will include removing and
replacing existing headers, stringers and decking.
We propose to install a new 12' wide x 28' long gazebo roof over the existing dock
platform. This will be a hip roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
We propose to install a new 16' wide x 25' long boat house roof. This will be a hip
roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This lift will sit on piling brackets that will be
attached to the center boat house pilings.
