Notice of Violation case number 17-15A was issued to you on September 25, 2017, for the unauthorized work and restoration was requested. Based on our conversation and your subsequent letter to Director Braxton Davis dated December 15, 2017, 1 am extending the restoration time limit. A final restoration date will be determined based upon the Director's response to your request to retain the unauthorized development.
