Hi Adam-
Can you send the updated drawing and a neighbor notification form over to the town of Holden Beach as the next
adjacent owner on deal street?
Email would work, doesn't have to be certified.
They were part of the original notification, and as such, they have a standing objection to the project, because the
original drawing showed the bulkhead at NHW and not landward of coastal wetlands/404 wetlands. They objected
based on potential wetland fill. At the time, I told the town I would help you locate the alignment behind the
wetlands. If you can send them the updated drawing,you should be able to get a new neighbor form from them.

Hey Patrick,
We went back on forth on this one being a minor vs. General. After some discussion we decided that this project could
be a general permit however we received and objection from the Quintas's that held us up.This project has been in que
for quite some time as we have been waiting to receive the survey. We have since received the survey and now have
satisfied the Quintas's and obtained their signature. Please find attached:
1. Site Plan

3. Quintas Notification
4. Taylor Return Receipt
Aside form the application fee let me know if there is any additional information you need here let me know. Thanks
