Sorry I missed your call back, I was on the other line. Attached in the pdf,on page 9, labeled "proposal#2" is the example
I was referencing for the two pole- elevator style boat lift with piles set on the landward side of the USACE setback. The
contractor asking if this is a scenario the USACE would allow at 604 East Yacht Drive in Oak Island. Currently there is no
docking facility on this parcel.
