The installation of pier, platform, stepdown with boatlift is consistent with Division of Coastal Management rule 07H.1200. On November 29, 2021, Kent Vaughan, a member of my staff, issued CAMA General Permit No.84983-B in Pamlico County, authorizing the aforementioned project, (see attached copy of permit).
