We have an agent form from the 813 Howe's Point place property owners. The Division needs to be sure that appropriate permissions are in place for any and all property owners and easement holders where the work will be performed. Mr. Brubaker- If the work crosses the property line into the 817 parcel we would need either an agent form from them or they can be a co-applicant. If no work is anticipated to occur on the neighboring property the adjacent neighbor notification is all we need. Would it be possible to get into Landfall tomorrow to make a site visit? I'll replace the notification form when I receive it. See my other question below. 1.Using the aerial it appears the drainage system is mostly on the neighbor's property(817 Howe's Point Place). It might just be the way the property lines are projected on the aerial but can you confirm you'll only be working on the applicant's property or the Landfall ROW? Also since the work is mostly high ground I just want to double check we don't need to go the minor permit route with the County. I checked once but the more I look at the plans the more I think it might be a minor permit. I'll let you know. The landscaper proposes to abandon in place the existing drainage system that is fairly deep (+/-6') and similar to the design shown in the attachment, drawing 6 of 7. The proposed replacement drainage would be a French drain style shown on drawing 3 of 7 put in the same location at a shallower depth but with a fall that would meet the existing discharge location. The landscaper said there was connecting drainage upstream of this system, which is why it is so deep, but it is no longer connected. We (DCM) have no issue with the proposal since both configurations are shown in the permit. We may need to issue a general replacement permit, which I'm working with Tara to determine. Tara thought it would be prudent to check with your group to see if there are any glaring issues with the proposed replacement and the Landfall stormwater permit(s) as a whole.
