compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that: 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this
permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the
local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement from the adjacent riparian property owner(s)

Enclosed you will find a new adjacent property owner statement, drawing of the proposed new dock,
and a plot map showing the location of the new dock as well as the old wooden pier. Per Heather
Styron, CAMA states you may have up to 800 square feet of platform, finger piers, and water access
pier. The total square footage of the platform and finger pier on the proposed new dock is 377 square
feet. The total of the existing wooden pier is approximately 360 square feet. Combined areas are 737
square feet making the platform areas of the property less than 800 square feet.
