Hi Patrick I am adjacent property owner to 117 high point st holden beach. I received the attached
notification/waiver form for proposed work at that property. No description of the work was provided
with the form and no drawing so I have no idea of what the proposed work is. Also requesting that I
sign off on set back waiver which I am not willing to do. I replied to H5 by both email and phone and
they have not responded with any further information. I object to the proposal as I don't even know
what they are proposing.
Please reply to confirm receipt.
