Good morning Sarah,
My name is Danielle Cunningham, my husband Kurtis spoke to you earlier this week. Our home is 108 Kitty Hawk Bay
Court. Our neighbors want to build a boat lift next to their already standing deck. This will not work. It will cause not only
the end of the canal to become a trash collection, but it will completely block our water access. These neighbors have
been poor neighbors in the past as well. We approved their fence, and they buried the poles inside of our French drains
ruining them. When mentioned that it would need to be repaired, we were told it was too late. Now our yard stays flooded
after the rain, and we have been unable to mow our lawn regularly. Please do not approve the boat lift, it will cause
nothing but problems.
