Dear Ms. Boyd:
The Division of Coastal Management's Wilmington Regional office received a CAMA Minor Permit application from you on
July 25,2012, requesting approval for development activities at 4094 4th Street, in Surf City, Onslow County. In reviewing your
application,we have discovered that additional information is needed to complete the review process.Accordingly,
I am requesting that you submit the following additional information to this office:
1. On page 1 of the application, please mark either either 1, 2,or 3 of the section"Choose the AEC that applies to you".
In this case, your project is located within the Coastal Shoreline AEC(#2), therefore you are requested to include the
square footage of the area you are proposing to build.
2. Your submittal did not include any drawings,which are required for processing.Therefore, please provide a site plan or
overhead drawings showing the following:
- Name of owner and project address.
- Property dimensions and names of adjacent property owners.
- Dimensions and location of all existing and proposed structures/additions.
- Adjacent water body. In this case, lable it as 4th Street canal.
- The bulkhead(which is the"Normal High Water"boundary.
- A line drawn 30'from the bulkhead labeled as"30' buffer".
- A line drawn 75'from the bulkhead labeled as"75'AEC".
In accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations,we note that the application,as
submitted on July 25, 2012, is incomplete for processing. Upon resubmission of a complete application, a local decision will be made
