In reviewing your application,we have discovered that additional information is needed to complete the review process.Accordingly, I am requesting that you submit the following additional information to this office: 1. On page 1 of the application, please mark either either 1, 2,or 3 of the section"Choose the AEC that applies to you". In this case, your project is located within the Coastal Shoreline AEC(#2), therefore you are requested to include the square footage of the area you are proposing to build. 2. Your submittal did not include any drawings,which are required for processing.Therefore, please provide a site plan or overhead drawings showing the following: - Name of owner and project address. - Property dimensions and names of adjacent property owners. - Dimensions and location of all existing and proposed structures/additions. - Adjacent water body.
