You will still need to get any state, county, or local permissions that need to be granted for this project to move forward. If the piles inside the setback, ever come out or have to be replaced, we will ask that they move the boat lift back so that it is out of the setback and that the floater only be anchored on the back side so that they are no longer the only encroachment in this area.
