Hamlin 111, we respectfully request a minor modification to the existing CAMA Permit, permit number 1 15-17, to construct a replacement bulkhead in front of the existing bulkhead. • Neither coastal nor 404 wetlands will be impacted. • The existing timber bulkhead will be curt twelve inches from the top and removed. • The replacement bulkhead will: o Turn back at each end towards the property by at least 10'. o Be 1 10' linear feet (including turn back length) of vinyl sheets. o Be located landward of the normal high-water elevation. o Be located no more than three feet in front of the existing timber bulkhead. • The timber bulkhead east of this project will be turned back ten feet and will be independent of the replacement bulkhead wall.
