violaiion of these terms may subiect the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the Permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the proiect site and accessible to the permit officerwhen the Project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signingthis permitthat l) priorto undenaking any activities authorized bythis Permit, the aPPlicant will
confer with app.opriate loial authorities to confirm that this proiect is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
