applicant certifies by signing this permit that I ) Prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this Permit, the applicant will

TIIIS AGREEMENT made the 9th day of February 2021, by and between Crystal Coast
Marine Contracting, Ioc., Hereafter calted the Contractor and June Ritchie, hereinafter called
the Owner
WITIIESSETH that the Contractor and the Owner for the considerations narned agree as
follows:
Scope of Work
The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor on the propefy at: 107 Rock
Court, Cape Carteret, NC 28584
WORK PERFORMED:
Installation of a 185' vinyl wall with 10' material that is 5' manimum exposed and treated
wooden cap. ($30,525) A total of 14 tri-axle loads for bacldll. ($2,730) Cost for an operator and
equipment. ($1,520)
Estimated start date: March 8,2021
Deposit of $4,775 due upon signing of contract. An additional deposit of $15,000 once work
begins.
Balance due upon completion.
CONTRACT PRICE:
The Owner shall pay the contractor for material and labor to be performed under the sum of
$34,775.00
