Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void. The property is: Jay and Debbie Mackie 2110 Emerald Drive Emerald Isle They would like know if it would be permissible. They would also like to add a Seawall 30ft North of the existing porch facing the sound. Let me know if you need anything else for Berkey.
