Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
nullandvoid.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the proiect is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that l) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a wriften statement or ceftified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adiacent riparian
landowner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, cerrify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

We propose to install a new 16'wide x25' long boat house roof. This will be a hip
roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/L2. Roof will be constructed in same area
as the previous one, where there are a few old pilings still left that will be
removed.
We propose to install a new boat lift that will sit on piling brackets attached to the
center boat house pilings.
