violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the Permit to become
nulland void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the prolect is inspected for compliance. The
applicant ceftifies by signing this permit that I ) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this proiect is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adiacent riparian
landowner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certiry that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

we propose to install a new wooden pier consisting of a G' wide x g0' tong
walkway connecting to a 10' wide x L5' long platform. This will also include a 4'
wide x 46' long finger pier extending around the boat house roof. There will be a
5'wide x 8' long stepdown platform on the left.
We propose to install a new 16'wide x25'long boat house roof. This will be a hip
roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This boat lift will sit on piling brackets that
are attached to the center boat house pilings.
We propose to install a new jet ski lift. This also includes installation of one (1)
new l-0" x25'long piling.
