This will also include a 3' wide x 50' long finger=pier to extend around the boat house roof. Will also include a 20" wide x 9' long small.cantilevered area for future use. We propose to install0 new 16' wide x 25' long boat house roof. This will be a hip roof having a pitch ofno greater than 6/12. We propose to install a new boat lift. Lift will be installed on piling brackets that will mount to the center boat house pilings. We propose to install two (2) new 10" x 25' long outer mooring pilings on the left side of the boat lift.
