Comments:
Applicant proposes 20'x6' extension onto existing floating dock within Shinn Creek Canal. I observed approximately
-1' 5" on the waterward side of the proposed extension and approximately 6" between the landward side of the
proposed extension and the bulkhead. There was -2.5' at the waterward side of the existing floating dock.
The preliminary NOAA data shows water level being-0.37' below NLW at that time.
The floating dock will be installed with physical stops 18" above the substrate.
