Hey, good afternoon Josh and/or Riley.
I received your application package and based on what I can tell using Pender Counties GIS and Google Earth Imagery,
Mr. Lasito is going to need waivers from both adjacent riparian property owners.
lye attached an overhead view using Google Earth and Pender Co. GIS showing the approximate property lines (pink) as
well as the riparian lines (red) and based on the layout, the pier will need to turn at an angle at or near the waters edge.
If the intent is to take it out to the pier-head line, the riparian corridor width at this location measures approximately 19-
20', which means he'll need a waiver from both neighbors.
Also, I'll need a revised plan showing the property lines,the approximate riparian boundaries, and the pier location itself
showing the bend/angle of the structure.
Let me know when you have this information and I'll get back on it.

When I get back to the office I will email you a drawing and the reparians if you'd like. The owner told us about
the 6 foot wide dock only, that's what we're going with.

the only thing I can permit at this location is a 6' wide pier with no platform and no docking facility (due to
