I understand that you would like to extend the pier you recently constructed
on the Intracoastal Waterway north of my property at lot#64 Dolphin Bay
New Hanover County. The planned extension of 50-70 feet is necessary for
you to reach deeper water.
I have no objections to the extension provided it is agreeable to the
appropriate authorities.
