2348 Scotts Hill Loop Road. This property borders your property on your south side.
To comply with the Coastal Area Management Act, we are requesting your permission to
build the bulkhead. This bulkhead would run from your existing bulkhead south. It would
connect between your bulkhead and the one built by our neighbor to the south, Mr. John
Taylor.
