This letter is to inform you that I have applied for a CAMA Permit on
my property at 132 Gull Drive in Sneads Ferry, NC, for the projects of building
a garage, rebuilding the old seawall on the basin, building a boathouse to
replace my dock in the basin, and make a little sand retainer on the new beach
at the high tide line to prevent the beach sand from being washed away.
we are recovering from Hurricane Bonnie with the new seawall being built
now and the dirt being relaced that was washed out. Now canes the job of getting
a new lawn established. I am going to have to rebuild the old seawall in the
basin too, as repairing it would not be cost effective.
