In the last two years we have experienced a great deal of shoreline erosion on our
property at 118 Gull Drive, Sneads Perry. North Carolina law says that we must notify
our neighbors of our intent to hopefUlly stop, or at least slow down, the erosion on our
property by installing riprap and soil along the shoreline. If you have any questions or
concerns, please contact Janet Russell with the NC Department of Environment, Health,
and Natural Resources, 127 Cardinal Drive Extension, Wilmington, NC. She can be
