To Whom It May Concern:
This note is to inform you that we plan to replace our sea wall and bulk head
at our property located at 118 Boryk Ave., Topsail Beach. The new sea wall
will be forward of the existing wall approximately 2' and is called a "knee-
wall" (it will not be as tall as the original wall). The material to be used is of
a vinyl substance and is corrugated.
In accordance with Section 1 100 of the NC Department of Environment and
Natural Resources procedures for the general permit for construction of
bulkheads, etc. we are required to notify all adjacent property owners of our
intent. In addition, we are requesting you sign and date in the appropriate
space at the bottom of this note indicating that you do not have any
objection to our construction of a new wall.
