Dear Mr. &Mrs. Rave:
This letter is to inform you that we have applied for a CAMA Minor Development permit
on our property located at 160 Chadwick Lane, Sneads Ferry, NC. CAMA regulations
require us to notify you of our intentions. Our intentions are to install a new septic
system, rebuild the bulkhead, build a pier similar to others in the area (no more than 6
feet wide and 140 feet long, and eventually build a 2 bedroom house (1,386 square
feet). On a temporary basis, we would also be parking our 16-foot travel trailer on our
lot to give us temporary housing while completing some of these projects. We have
enclosed a copy of our permit application, a copy of the drawing of our proposed
project, and a picture of the house that we plan to build later on.
