When writing up your bulkhead permit, I inadvertently left off part of the expiration date which is November 24,
1998. If you do not complete the authorized bulkhead by the 1 1/24/98, another permit or authorization will be
required. Please excuse this error and any inconvenience that it may cause.
Also, enclosed is a copy of T15A:07H.1 100 which deals with bulkhead construction. Please retain a copy of the
permit, Section .1100 and this letter for your records. Feel free to contact me with any questions that you may
