Hi Trip,
I don't think there is an issue with adding the 8 by 10 platform but I need the neighbor notifications, agent form and
check to write the permit. I know I've looked at the site but I will look again just to be sure.
The float is non-conforming but since no work is proposed for the float right now that shouldn't be an issue.
I can make another site visit next week if the property owner is ok with it.
