I hereby certify that I own the property adjacent to the property located at Lot 3/3A, 318
Governor Eden House Road, on the Chowan River, in Merry Hill, Bertie County, N.C.
The applicant has described to me, as shown below, the development proposed at the above
loq�tion.

DESCRIPTION AND/OR DRAWING OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The owner of lot 3/3A will install a bulkhead to prevent further soil erosion. The new bulkhead
will connect to the south with the bulkhead at Lot 4/4A and to the north with the bulkhead on Lot
3/3A,
The bank will be sloped to be uniform with existing lots. Excess soil will be spread evenly
across lot 3/3A.
WAIVER SECTION
I understand that a pier, dock, mooring pilings, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or groin must be set
back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by me, (If you
wish to waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate blank below.)
I do wish to waive the 15' setback requirement.
