uncovered boat lift on their property at 135 South Shore
Drive, Lot 3, Bk. K Wild Dunoa Suk.d r. in Unldon noda}a, MC.
The stationary dock and fioating dock have already been
constructed under an earlier permit. The enclosed sketch
accurately depicts the proposed construction.
Should you have no objections to this proposal, please check
the statement below, sign and date the blanks below the
statement and return this letter to Charles E. Pahl, 135
South Shore Drive, Holden Beach, NC 28462 as soon as
possible.
Should you have objections to this proposal, please send
your written comments to NC Division of Coastal Management,
attention Jerry Parker, 127 Cardinal Drive Extension
Wilmington, North Carolina 28405. Written comments must be
received within 10 days of receipt of this notice.
Failure to respond in either method within 10 days will be
interpreted as no objection.

Dear Sir:
In response to the letter from Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Pahl
regarding proposed construction of an uncovered boat lift on
their property at 135 South Shore Drive, Lot 3 , Bk. K Wild
Dunes S/D in Holden Beach, NC:
I have no objection to the proposed construction provided
that the 15 foot riparian sideline requirement is maintained
between the proposed construction and my adjacent property
line. Since the drawing sent with the letter I received did
not show measurements to property lines I could not determine
from the information received if the 15 ft riparian sideline
was being maintained.
