After review of the site we have determined that the existing pipe is inadequate in size,thus contributing to recent flooding. We have enclosed a drawing of the proposed work with dimensions for your review and a notification form for your signature. The proposed work will be performed within the limits of the existing NCDOT Right of Way. Please return signed notification form in enclosed addressed stamp envelope at your earliest convenience.
