Good morning, Buddy . . .
We are your neighbors at 3514 E. Pelican Drive. We are in
receipt of the form, "Adjacent Riparian Property Owner
Statement, " which arrived on March 12 , 1998 .
Our attorney has advised us not to waive the setback
requirement of a minimum distance of 15 feet from our area of
riparian access .
He has advised us to inform you that we must know in complete
detail what your plans are regarding a proposed "60 '
bulkhead" on your adjacent property.
We trust this matter will wait until we have moved to 3514 E .
Pelican Drive in a couple of months, at which time we can
find out your detailed description of a proposed pier which
would require our waiver.
