Good day riparian neighbors,
I am writing to inform you that I have submitted a CAMA General Permit Application for a bulkhead and
rip rap installation for your neighbor, Celeste and Michael Roberson at 836 Santa Maria Avenue. The
purpose of this installation is to help preserve their vulnerable, lower-lying property line along Pages
Creek. The location of the bulkhead has been marked with white flags by the CAMA agent for northern
New Hanover County, Katharine Elks. In addition to the bulkhead and rip rap installation, we are
extending their brick pathway leading to their dock by building a 4'x 12' wooden walkway. The wooden
walkway will land on the north side of the dock landward of the dock steps and mean high water line. A
drawing of the proposed project, along with the adjacent property owner notification form is included.
Upon delivery of these documents,you will have 10 days to notify Coastal Management in writing of any
objections to this project. No response is considered as no objection. Feel free to contact me at
