We have no objections to your raising the level of the bulkhead on your lot providing that
the height of the bulkhead is no higher than the bullchead across our lot. Any dirt fill on
your lot should be graded to slope into your lot and down to the marsh.
There is currently no drainage problem between our two lots and our only concern is to
make sure that no wateriunoff occurs from your lot onto ours.
