- The construction of a residence requires that a building permit be obtained.
- All impervious surfaces, the structure, decks, paved driveways etc; must not exceed
30% of the total lot area.
- The designated paved area shall consist of uniformly grated washed marl.
This permit action may be appealed by the permitteeor
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days offthe the issuing
