Dear Jim, It was good talking to you on 7 October. I appreciated your candor and information to my questions. As per your request, I have enclosed a PLAN VIEW of our dock showing the mean high tide and a more detailed drawing of the structure that is left. All the pilings and cross members still remain, only the joists, decking, and railings are needed. I have also enclosed an approximate materials list. This was gleaned from Hurricane Fran's materials list as the damage was the same. Our plan includes to just repair the dock to its pre-Bonnie condition, of 170 feet long and 5 feet wide with railings. Materials List: treated .40 Retention Lumber Quality 170 12 ft. 2x6 52 16ft. 2x8 45 16ft. 2x6 6 12ft. 4x4 poles for rail. Nails I look forward to meeting you for the personal survey and Varience. I can be reached at 397-0681. There is an answering machine. Any Mon, Wed, Fri afternoon is good for me. Thank you very much for your time.
